Arlington International Film Fest - High School Outreach/Poster Contest  |  Arlington  |  2014

The Arlington International Film Festival (AIFF) was organized in 2010 with a mission "to foster appreciation for different cultures by exploring the lives of people around the globe through independent film." In keeping with this mission, AIFF holds an annual poster contest for Arlington High School students. A jury of local artists selects the winning student's design. That design becomes the face of AIFF for the chosen year, appearing in various forms of print - locally, nationally, and internationally. The 2013 AIFF Poster Contest winner, Marley Jurgensmeyer, was announced at a February press reception and awarded $500.
